Gil

Gil is Gilbert, an eight-year-old boy placed in an institution for young people with mental disorders. He knows that he is there because of what he did to Jessica, his girlfriend. But he doesn’t understand. Jessica is his double, his soul mate, his accomplice. They support each other and have found each other. How could he have hurt her? Gil rebels against the discourse of adults and the authority that makes him a delinquent… With a shocking text about our moralising societies and love being more powerful than conventions, this creation questions « what can be said to children » by giving a voice to their revolt.
