Simone 2.0

Simone 2.0 offers a reflection on the situation and position of women in the 21st century. On stage, elements of everyday life – chairs, tables, coat racks – surround the performers. On their heads are pink wigs and around their necks are blue ties. Throughout the piece, gender attributes are exchanged, props are moved around, furniture is stacked. Simone 2.0 is the expression of the demands of the modern woman, but also the joint search of both sexes for (dis)balance. In this common quest, we witness moments of joy, tenderness, passing through moments of discord, until we find out what place the community grants to each one.
